BUENAS NOCHES GALLEGO Solía ir a Gallego a menudo y con gusto con el anterior gerente y era un cliente satisfecho. Lamentablemente, el gerente se retiró hace unos 3 años y desde entonces el nuevo gerente está en el cargo y desde entonces mi satisfacción ha cambiado a insatisfacción. Las razones para ello: Alimentación La calidad es media, a veces incluso inaceptable. Servicio Se nota que las camareras no tienen formación gastronómica y algunas no son muy buenas. No se puede dar puntos malos al servicio, ya que el gerente se apoya deliberadamente en personal "barato" y no sabe gestionarlo. Gerente Desgraciadamente, el gerente no tiene ninguna sensibilidad por sus clientes e ignora las quejas, lo cual es inaceptable como gerente. Es incapaz de gestionar su personal cuando hay más negocio y está constantemente sobrecargado. Muchos clientes fieles ya le han dado la espalda y comen en Bresca desde entonces. Voy al Gallego esporádicamente con la esperanza de mejorar y lamentablemente sólo me decepciona, lo que me ha llevado a escribir esta reseña. El Gallego vive principalmente de los jubilados que van a comer un menú "barato" (11.-EUR) y de algunos turistas extraviados. Espero que el Gallego reciba pronto una nueva gestión para que vuelva a estar al nivel de antes.

Friendly and attentive staff, they looked after us very well. Paid attention to our seven year old granddaughter and served her food first as children seem to get bored whilst waiting too long. Good selection of pizza's along with a decent menu to satisfy most people. Plenty of space in the car park but the restaurant gets very busy. If you have young children, 6.30/7.30is probably the best time to go if you don't...

We hadn't been there in a while. There is new ownership. Initially the young lad waiter was great. Then all went wrong. The Carbanara was dreadful, inedible, the pizzas were burned around the edge and soggy under the toppings. Then the female waiter took over, so rude and abrupt.
