I was taken here by locals and it was clearly explained to me that this restaurant was known for some dishes and other dishes not so much. From the dishes we had and the service we received, it was outstanding. Just know that you are going to a local place where you get authentic food not a high end dining experience. With that said, here is the menu:
-- lamb chops - perfectly cooked and delicious. They restaurant used to butcher onsite but because of the changes in law, they go directly to a trust farm and still do the work! The upmost respect to the animal through their preparation, cooking (perfectly medium rare - if you cannot eat it this way, don't order), and seasoning (salt). Outstanding !!! -- fried papas with sweet pepper - perfectly fried in a delicious oil that you can only find in Spain. -- chorizos, morcilla, and sausages plate - again amazing. Morcilla was perfectly cooked and was exquisite. Chorizos had perfect spices. I would have to assume that they make the all of these onsite. A must. -- berberechos (cockles) in liquid with lemon as a starter - amazing! -- cocido - here it is cooked with chicken and garbanzos for 3.5 hours and served with a meatball made from ground mean, bread, and eggs. Fantastic dish, silky smooth broth, soft delicious chicken, and the meatball was light and fluffy. The dish was out of this world.
Last mention, all of their homemade wines are fantastic! If you come with a container (and I am seriously thinking of coming with a 3 gallon jug) they will fill up your container. Do it!
5 stars for what the restaurant is, context is important - five star for a local lunch spot. The dishes I shared here are what they are known for. As for the service, great. Even if you don't speak Spanish. I have learned something from traveling around the world. If you try, show interest, and are respectful, people will always want to help. Furthermore, they will go out of their way to show you their culture.

Me parece super excesivo.
