Simple restaurant with amazing views. The service is good and the staff is friendly, but the wait for the food was very long despite there not being many people having lunch at that time. The ambiance is too unremarkable, some extra effort in decoration would be in order. There was a single standing fan indoor making an herculean, commendable but ultimately vain effort to cool down the place. More fans and perhaps an A/C would be great and they could help getting rid of the annoying flies too. Now, what matters: the food. And this is the best thing about the place. The prices seem a bit high, but the quality and the portion size of the food are very good and justify the price. Vine a reunión de trabajo y le pedimos factura y se negó por completo a hacerme factura de la comida. Me contesto la chica de la barra muy borde y le dije que por favor me cogiera los daros y me mande la factura cuando pueda por que por necesidad tengo que presentarla. Espero recibirla me dijo que no la recibiría. La atención es media. Mucho tiempo esperando para pedir y no tenían la mitad de los platos que ofrecían en menú. La localización es guay pero no volvería.

Dos horas mas tarde recibí una llamada de teléfono del dueño del restaurante en tono muy enfadado diciendo que quitara la reseña que si que el me enviaría la factura y le explique la situación y le dije que le había dejado los datos a la chica de la barra que le dije que por favor que cuando pudiera me enviara la factura por correo electrónico que no hacia falta que fuera en el momento ni nada. La chica me dijo que no hacían factura y le comente te los dejo por si acaso vale. Al salir del restaurante después de que la chica me contestar de malas maneras decidí escribir mi reseña explicando lo sudecido. A las dos hora más tarde recibí esa llamada y le comente al dueño del bar la incidencia que había tenido con esa chica. El lo único que quería es que quitara la reseña y le comente que podía modificarla una vez que hubiera recibido la factura. Ha día de hoy sigo sin haber recibido esa factura que evidentemente después de muchos meses ya no la necesito. Me encuentro que recibo respuesta y junto al comenzar la frase diciendo que soy una mentirosa. Mentir de que nunca me enviaste la factura? Pues no tengo ninguna necesidad de mentir. Las reseñas estan para contar tu opinión, normalmente las reseñas que escribo el 99% son favorables pero en este caso SI NUNCA ME ENVIATES LA FACTURA lo tendré que poner para que todo el mundo lo vea. If you visit Monte Toro to see the fantastic views of the island then this cafe is the ideal stop for refreshments or a light lunch. The staff were very accommodating and the food arrived quickly. We had lunch as a group of 11, and had sandwiches. At the time we visited only sandwiches were available. There was a good choice and they could be ordered as a whole for about £7 and a half for about £3.5. The sandwiches were all freshly prepared and arrived quickly although one was missed, it arrived shortly after asking the server.
