It is located in the province of Cordoba at km 233 on the N-432 Badajoz-Granada road, so very convenient. Plenty of parking.||Room was way above the quality one would expect for the price: I paid €22. Spotless bathroom with well dimensioned walk in shower with a powerful jet of scalding water; spacious bedroom; plenty of power points for charging mobiles and laptops.||Restaurant is efficiently run and serves a more than adequate menu del dia for 9€. Bar area is spacious, popular (so a bit noisy) and offers local chorizo and morcilla for sale. Spaniards would call the restaurant a 'restaurante de carretera' (roadside restaurant), which is not meant to be derogatory in any sense, quite the contrary.||Summer facilities include a pool and children's area. It is at the edge of an industrial estate, which spoils a bit from the lovely surrounding scenery.||Hard to beat if one is in the area, or continuing the Camino de Santiago onward from Cordoba. Lugar muy bueno para hospedarse.
La habitación (En mi caso una doble) muy amplia y bien iluminada tanto por la luz diurna (Ya que no hay edificios cercanos que impidan entrar la luz por la ventana) como la propia luz artificial de la habitación.
Las vistas dan al parking y a una zona montañosa. Para mi que me gusta la montaña y la naturaleza estoy contento.
El baño completo y privado también es amplio y bien equipado. Ducha grande que te permite buena libertad de movimientos y suelo antideslizante.
La habitación cuenta con cerradura electrónica que funciona con una tarjeta en vez de llaves. Con esta tarjeta se abre tanto la puerta de la habitación como la puerta de la calle.
Aunque el restaurante tenga horario, no hay limite para cuando quieres acceder a la habitación ya que cuenta con dos entradas desde la calle. Una pasa por la cafetería y la otra es una puerta lateral por la que puedes entrar con la tarjeta.
Cuenta con un parking muy amplio totalmente gratuito. Varios de los aparcamientos tienen un pequeño tejado para evitar el sol, pero el resto no lo tiene por lo que en épocas de mucho calor hay que tener cuidado al entrar al coche.
El precio es muy ajustado, por lo que la relación calidad/precio es muy positiva.
Lo único negativo es el servicio de limpieza, no es malo, pero si que hay días que no han barrido, no se si por un despiste o por ahorrar tiempo. Por lo demás bien, hacen la cama, limpian el baño, cambian toallas cada dos días y ponen nuevos sobres de gel de baño.
Mi valoración general es mas que positiva y sin duda repetiré en este hostal si vuelvo a estar por esa zona...
