⭐☆☆☆☆ Muy mala experiencia. Las habitaciones estaban sucias, con colchones viejos e incómodos. Se escucha absolutamente todo de otras habitaciones y pasillos, imposible descansar. El servicio fue pésimo, con personal poco amable, especialmente en la cafetería/restaurante, que además estaba muy sucia. Lo único positivo es la ubicación, pero definitivamente no volveré ni lo recomiendo.

El servicio al cliente dejó mucho que desear: poco profesional y con mala actitud, especialmente en la cafetería/restaurante, donde además todo estaba sucio. Lo único positivo es la ubicación, pero no justifica el mal trato ni las malas condiciones. No lo recomiendo.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very bad experience. The rooms were dirty, with old and uncomfortable mattresses. You can hear absolutely everything from other rooms and the hallways — it’s impossible to get any rest. The service was terrible, and the staff, especially in the café/restaurant, were rude. That area was also visibly dirty. The only good thing is the location, but I definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

Title: Disappointing, I won't return Review: I stayed here recently and had a very bad experience. The rooms were dirty, the mattresses were old and uncomfortable, and the noise from other rooms and hallways was constant — it made resting impossible. The customer service was poor and unprofessional, especially in the café/restaurant, where the staff were rude and the place was very dirty. The only positive is the location, but it doesn’t make up for the poor service and overall conditions. I do not recommend this place.

Having arrived at another hotel where we had booked and found it closed we were becoming desperate for somewhere to lay our heads, we were directed to El Peregrino. On entering the bar it looked something from a spaghetti western, but no Clint Eastwood. Fortunately they did speak Engflish, so we asked to see the rooms. They were away from the bar area and although small they were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Unfortunately we were not allowed to take our Labrador into the bedroom so he had to sleep in the car. Our friends were allowed their small dog into the room. We spent a pleasant evening in the bar and then had a meal in the restaurant, which was excellent value. ||The hotel is just off the motorway so is very convenient. I would be happy to stay there again but for the...
