mÁxime — Restaurant in Felanitx

Beautiful place inside of Vall d’Or Golf with an amazing green an peaceful view on the courts. My husband invited me for a special date, and the staff took the time to do a special set up for our table, which was very much appreciated. The food was very good, from the starter to the dessert. Special mention to the Tarte Tatin aux Poires that was delicious! Our romantic night was accompanied by an extremely talented pianist, who delicately played a classic songs repertoire during all night. The receptionist was absolutely lovely, our waitress could have been better. Also, the bouillabaisse which is on their online menu is not available in situ. We kind of booked the restaurant for this dish, but the night was so nice that I am just gonna keep the best about it :) I would rate the general experience it as a 9/10 which is a rate I rarely give in Spain due to the general lack of service. Will definitely come back next time we come...

El lloc està bé i el menjar està ben cuinat. La carta és poc extensa i amb poques opcions per qui té alguna restricció. De fet havia explicat que estic embarassada i que no vulia que cuinessin es meu menjar amb cap herba i m’han posat romaní al plat, que té propietats abortives, crec que lo mínim dedicant-se al sector de l’hosteleria és tenir en compte això. Els cambrers no xerren espanyol, molt menys mallorquí, però això és el de menys. Han encadenat errors: -No tenien la reserva anotada i, per descomptat, no tenien sa taula preparada. -Hem dit varies vegades el nombre de persones i encara així no han posat ni el nombre de cadires, ni de coberts ni de copes adequats (erem 8, no era tan difícil). Hem hagut de demanar una aigua fins a 3 vegades. Tots han demanat menú, menys jo, i no han tengut la professionalitat de demanar si vulia que em treguessin el plat amb els primers o amb els segons, he estat esperant el plat mentres tothom menjava. Quan em porten el plat he de treure una part del puré perquè està impregnada de romaní. No tenen cap postre adequat per una persona embarassada. Han tardar més d’una hora a treure els postres, que eren de menú i estaven demanats des de feia 2h, s’han confòs totalment quan realment només hi havia dues opcions, n’havíem demanat 5 d’un i 1 de l’altre i han portar 3 i 3, quan hem avisat de la confusió han portar dos postres, al cap de 20’ han portat 3 postres més i 20’ després l’altre. Des que han tret els principals fins que ha surtit l’últim postre havia passat més d’una hora i mitja. Com a punt positiu han tingut el detall de cunvidar a cafès.

Em queda clar que no volen clients d’aquí, me referesc a espanyols. Tampoc crec que vulguin clients que tenen cap intolerància o necessitat especial. El lloc és car, no val la pena el que es...
