Hicimos una reserva a través de la página, el día de antes nos mandaron el email de reconfirmación y la volvimos a confirmar y el mismo día de la reserva, dos horas antes nos mandan un email indicando que la reserva se cancela. Sin ningún tipo de explicación. Llamamos por teléfono hasta en diez ocasiones y caso omiso. Dejándonos sin reserva a mí y al grupo…cuando venían amigas hasta de otros municipios expresamente para desayunar ahí. Ese mismo día me meto en sus redes sociales y veo que han hecho un evento, por lo que entiendo que ese habrá sido el motivo de cancelación… Lamentable el servicio, la falta de previsión y de profesionalidad por su parte.
