Casa Club Hacienda del Alamo — Restaurant in Fuente Álamo de Murcia

We went one day and waiting time was quite long, however the Caesar salad was huge and really delicious. We wanted to repeat the next day, waited for 30 mins for the menu, but before I even went to the waiter to tell that we are ready to make the order (we already knew what we want, basic things), but he never came. We went out without being served, and met another frustrated guest who got her meal without any fork, she also couldn’t find the waiter and was wandering with her plate around the entire restaurant. Three tables occupied and extremely unpleasant personnel who is hiding somewhere in the kitchen. Hire another person who can at least smile and bring the menu faster than...

However the food wasn't to the expected standard. I had a goats cheese salad, it just wasn't very generous - a small amount of lettuce, walnuts and apricots with a reasonable amount of goats cheese. I would have liked a larger portion and greater variety of salad vegetables.

My husband had a gluten free pizza. The food took ages to come and when it did arrive the pizza was really badly cooked. It was undercooked and really difficult to cut and the top layer of pizza base was peeling away from the bottom.

We let the table server know and she was very apologetic and didn't charge us...

Very good course really enjoyed playing here. We stay in my parents villa so can't say much about the food in the hotel that has just opened, but one tbing i can say is that they do not have 5* trained hotel staff in there just your normal people who dont have jobs. Another really bug draw back is the flies. The flies are relentless something needs to be done about them otherwise custom will be lost and be none existant. You can't even sit to have a drink or food without been plagued by the flies. This is due to bad waste management and not spraying any sort of bug repellent around the resort. Sort that out and the resort may not be known as "the fly...
