Just had a steak at this place and must say the taste of the meat was really delicious as I had been told that they offer the best steaks in the valley which could be true although still have a few places to try before the final conclusion.This is a village bar/cafe 5km off the beaten pilgrim route to santiago/el camino so still unspoilt,rural and still authentic,the owner and staff very pleasant and thoughtful asking if all was well with the food etc.Red wine with the meal was pleasant although was served the second glass with cold red which I didn't like. We were meant to eat in another restaurant but the kitchen was closed so I asked the locals at the bar if they had any recommendations and boy did they deliver. We had one of the best meals here, a melt in the mouth massive Txuleta (rib eye steak) with chips to share for just 35€ total. They also have a set menu for 18€ if you prefer something else.
