We hiked to Pico Teide that day and were so hungry that any food would make us happy. Instead my tuna fish in the Canadian style was such an unpalatable plate of cat food that I barely touched it. My husband’s ribs were better but not so good as the ones we had two days ago in another local restaurant of comparable price. The owner also secretly added two euros more for each plate in our bill. Delicious food at a very convenient price, the place is authentic and the owners are the most welcoming people you can find! Totally recommended for an evening close to Teide and far from touristic places. We had a delicious grilled dorada, awesome papas fritas and lovely jamon! Everything was really great quality and authentic. My girlfriend and I were sad we couldn't go back since it was our last evening in Tenerife.

It is just so good. The waiter (he is probably the owner) is very friendly and he understands a bit of English. The menu is in 6 different languages, which is very helpful. We had patatas arrugadas and pan de Catalan as startes which I can only recommend! For the main dish I choose the fried calamari, which are very good and fresh! We ended up paying 80€ (73€ + 7€ Tipp) and got a shot of Something self-made afterwards which was insanely good! I can only recommend this location! But don't expect any possibility...
