Elegi celebrar mi aniversario aqui... para que?... mi peor experiencia queriendo ir hace mucho tiempo... 1 hora y algo esperando la comida... una camarera sin experiencia (que no pasa nada porque aprenda), pero es que los otros dos muchisimo MENOS CONOCIMIENTOS DE CAMAREROS!!! UN CAMARERO DE VERDAD no da tantas vueltas en balde como las que daban ellos! Se les olvidaban las cosas y despues de hora y algo esperando algo de comida me traen la ensalada... tanto cuesta hacer una ensalada que vale 11€ y le ponen lechugas de colores, nueces, pasas, rulo de cabra tostado con el soplete, vinagre balsamico y sirope de fresa... la otra mesa le pusieron un plato a uno y a los otros dos comensales no les pusieron la comida, hasta un ratazo despues cuando la otra persona ya habia terminado!! Eso no se hace... COMO CAMARERA SI VES QUE OCURRE ALGO ASI, DEJAS EL PLATO EN LA COCINA PARA ESPERAR LOS OTROS DOS Y ASI SALE TODO JUNTO! Y NO CULPAS A LA COCINERA INVENTANDOTE ALGO... no se si todos eran novatos o no... pero yo trabaje 5 años en un chiringuito en Torremolinos en el cual montabamos las mesas en mi turno 3 veces cada una en mi turno y habian mas de 25 mesas... ahora habian 6 o 7 mesas y se hacian un lio de todo 3 PERSONAS DETRAS DE UNA BARRA!!! Mi marido ha trabajado en Los Mellizos y el solo podia llevar mas de 7 mesas... y la comida no tardaba mas de 15 minutos en venir! MUY MALA ORGANIZACION y las croquetas frias por dentro! Estan buenas pero por dentro mas frias no podian estar... Todavia estoy esperando que el camarero me avise que les quedaba de postres!! Cuando trabajas en la hosteleria durante un tiempo, las cosas no se te olvidan, ni te equivocas tanto! Y otra cosa... SUPER IMPORTANTE... UNA CAMARERA NUNCA SALE CON UN PLATO DE LA COCINA Y COMIENDO PORQUE YO ME PUEDO PENSAR QUE HA SACADO ALGO DE MI PLATO (EN ESTE CASO NO ERA MI PLATO) ... UN CAMARERO NUNCA PICOTEA EL JAMON! TAN SIMPLE COMO QUE QUEDA FEO PICOTEAR DELANTE DE LOS CLIENTES!!! AH Y EL NEGOCIO PUEDE SER TUYO Y TODO LO QUE TU QUIERAS, PERO POR HIGENE DEBERIA SER UNA OBLIGACION ATARSE EL PELO! Y tampoco se resopla cuando nos pregunta si tenemos reserva o no y dices no! Ay a ver donde os pongo!!... que complicado... habian un monton de mesas vacias! Yo pense que tenian todo reservado...

This cafe / restaurant looks fresh and clean upon entry. The tuna tartare is fresh and beautifully seasoned, the pan bao is so salty you can’t taste the pan, they made the meat with salt and add a salty soy sauce, when we said this the waitress just looked blankly at us, One of the waitresses is eating her own nails and fingers all the time, the toilets do not have toilet paper or towels, and the waitresses look like they hate working there. When we asked for the bill, it is more expensive than better restaurants in Mollina or Antequera…I hate to give a low rating to a restaurant, cause you can see there is someone who put a lot of thought in it. My advice, get better waitresses and taste the food you serve if you want to target at...

We stopped here completely on the off chance for lunch today before catching a train from Santa Ana. Wow, just wow! Gyozos, tuna tataki and a salmon a cream cheese tosta - generous portions and everything was absolutely delicious. Also, while we do love traditional Spanish fayre it was just so nice to be offered something a little bit different, including the fact that the dishes all came with delicious vegetables. On a Thursday lunchtime at 1.30/2pm we were the only customers. Based on our experience this little gem should be packed out all the time. A memorable lunch for all the right reasons! Thank you.
