DARUMA Ramen — Restaurant in Ibiza

I hope that my criticism will be useful both for the institution and for the customers. Sorry, but spicy ramen is not spicy at all, ramen is practically devoid of broth, which is an important part of this dish. Most likely, most of the ingredients were prepared in advance and simply warmed up, you can feel the temperature difference in the dish, and the ramen itself was served in less than 5 minutes. The price, the price in my opinion is too high for such a level of establishment and preparation. Sorry, but there are plenty of establishments around that cook ramen as good as yours and better, and the price is quite comparable. Food was ok, but was totally ripped off by the sake prices. We ordered a large portion , 180ml, for 2 to share... instead of the usual large flask, we were poured 2 lacquer cups with some sake in each... when finished we asked for more and this was brought... When paying the bill the sake charge was 30 euros(!!!) , meaning we were charged for 360ml......that's a lot of sake! No way to verify since no flask was used, only loose pouring... Having drunk sake in dozens of restaurants over the years , this was the only case where no flask was used, and we were charged at least DOUBLE if what we expected to pay....
