Café Bar L' Antorcha — Restaurant in Igúzquiza

An absolutely lovely place to have a coffee, sweet treat and lunch snack. We had magnificent orange cake, delicious chocolate cake, coffee con leche, empanada and some boiled eggs for the road.

The outdoor setting is gorgeous overlooking green fields and sheep! Very comfortable.

I wish we could have stayed longer! Would have loved to have stayed in the village too.

The people running the cafe are also incredibly kind and nice...

This is one of the few bars I've encountered on the Camino that is open before 9am. Great café, homemade pastries, fresh squeezed OJ, and delicious veggie sandwiches to go. The owner is very friendly. We had a nice conversation, he played some Bob Marley on the jukebox for me, and he encourages a minute of silence for Palestinians every day at 9am. Beautiful and inspiring place with equally beautiful and inspiring people there. Very welcoming atmosphere. Coffee and hot chocolate where nice, generous selection of home made food looked amazing.
