Burger King — Restaurant in Inca

I have to revise my 5* review below because I came already twice and my wish to have one of the other (better) burgers with non gluten bread was rejected, once even with the words "Why do you keep trying? " as if I want something for free. I am really tired of eating the boring, simple #NonGluten Burger and am forced to go to McD. #BURGERKING doesn't understand the necessity of the so many gluten intolerant CLIENTS! I never thought I would give a burger king five stars but I'm on a trip with my kids and thought to stop somewhere for them ... It was a great decision: clean, spacious, fast service, WONDERFUL AC, a clean bathroom with changing station for babies and, best of all, a big fun play area for children. I never go to fast food places, but I highly recommend this one for a quick road stop if travelling...

Buenas, ayer, Lunes 1 de Mayo, fuimos al Burguer King de Inca, por la noche. Nos pusimos en la cola del autoking, era muy larga, 15 coches delante nuestra, que esperábamos en la rotonda. Cuándo nos toca sale un robot diciendo si teniamos la aplicación algo asi, contestamos que no. Esperamos 5 min y nadie contesta. Decidimos seguir adelante ya que el coche de delante habia hecho lo mismo. Esperamos 30 minutos en la cola para en ventanilla explicárselo al chico. Llegamos y el chico nos dice que no puede hacer nada, que no nos puede coger el pedido porque el ordenador necesita que se active con un coche delante. Le pedimos si por favor nos puede hacer el pedido (concretamente 2 kingfusion) y para sorpresa nos dice volved a poneros en la cola y lo pedis por alli, que exactamente nos iba a seguir atendiendo el. Obviamente no fuimos a hacer otra media hora de cola por la cara. Al coche de delante le había pasado exactamente lo mismo que a nosotros, ya que no dicen un segundo ahora le atendemos ni nada. Me parece una vergüenza que después de 40 minutos en la cola nos vayamos sin que nos puedan atender y la única solución sea volver a...
