Olivo Blanco — Restaurant in Iznájar

Service, couldn't be faulted. Warm welcome, correct timings and always a smile. Sadly though, for my husband and I, the food did not meet expectations. Different to website.Charging restaurant prices for food that was served in a strange bistro/clothes setting. Certainly not restaurant quality food either by taste or presentation. Small portions, large prices. The fact that they also sold clothes was very strange. We wandered around and explored Iznájar, eventually stopping at Olivo Blanco for lunch. The food and ambiance were simply incredible. I savored the meat stew, which was absolutely perfect. The owner also has a charming boutique inside the restaurant r, where you can find adorable clothing. Regrettably, we were only visiting for a day, so we couldn’t try any other dishes.

Nice to have a new English restaurant in town serving breakfast and lunches. They do a menu del dia (menu of day) 15 euro 3 course. Have to say food was delicious and can see this being a good addition to iznajar. They do an English breakfast something I often miss if I'm away. They also offer some clothing and kitchen items among other things. You can sit outside soak up the sun with a coffee and watch the world go by. Disabled access is good and so is parking.
