Very good burger and fries. The bun was a quality brioche and 100 percent fresh. The beef had noticeably good flavour and they ask how you want it cooked. I asked for medium plus and it was correct. The fries were hand cut and perfectly cooked and served. The nachos con carne looked very good and we would definitely come back to try them and more of the strong variety of burgers. The Sinaloa burger is very good with top quality jalapenos and some nacho chips for the crunch. It needed more chipotle in my opinion, but I enjoyed it. Two stars for the Boniato chips, they were nice. However, the chicken and bacon burger was really disappointing. Nice place with a lot of people in the evening. They have outdoor gas heater for cold evenings.
