This year when I visited Alfas I was blown away by the overall experience at the new MP restaurant. The service was phenomenal, waiters were very attentive, patient with us and respectful. The ambiance of the place was perfectly set as you transition from one area to another, the bar, the indoor dining, the outdoor space. Loved to see Ernesto in action making pizzas by the stone oven gently tucked in by the kitchen yet in the open space almost to show as if he had nothing to hide.
