Noa Albir — Restaurant in l'Alfàs del Pi

Our experience at the restaurant was extremely disappointing. We have known the restaurant for three years, but last night was a disastrous evening. We ordered three appetizers, but the server forgot one and made a mistake with the third one. Additionally, there were no knives at our table, and when we requested them, the server offered us one for four people.

Then, we had to order the main dishes twice because the server simply forgot them. After an hour of waiting, we still hadn't been served. Finally, the server rushed over to inform us that he had forgotten to place our order in the kitchen and that it was now closed. We were astounded by this situation.

In an attempt to salvage what was left of our meal, we ordered cheese and desserts. Unfortunately, once again, there was a mistake, and we were given the bill without the desserts. At this point, we were exhausted by this series of negligence and poor service. The restaurant manager told us that it was a catastrophic evening for all tables and that it was not his responsibility anyway.

We had also ordered three bottles of wine to go with our meal, but in the end, we only received two appetizers for a total of 200 euros. We sincerely hope that the true owner of the restaurant will address this situation, as it does not align with our previous experiences and loyalty to the establishment."

Spanish Nuestra experiencia en el restaurante fue extremadamente decepcionante. Conocemos el restaurante desde hace tres años, pero anoche fue una noche catastrófica. Pedimos tres entradas y el camarero se olvidó de una de ellas y se equivocó en la tercera. Además, no había cuchillos en nuestra mesa, y cuando los pedimos, el camarero nos ofreció uno para cuatro personas.

Luego, tuvimos que pedir los platos principales dos veces porque el camarero simplemente los olvidó. Después de esperar una hora, todavía no nos habían servido. Finalmente, el camarero vino corriendo a decirnos que se había olvidado de pasar nuestro pedido a la cocina y que esta ya estaba cerrada. Estábamos alucinados por esta situación.

Para intentar salvar lo que quedaba de nuestra comida, pedimos queso y postres. Desafortunadamente, una vez más, hubo un error y nos trajeron la cuenta sin incluir los postres. En este punto, estábamos agotados por esta serie de descuidos y mal servicio. El responsable del restaurante nos dijo que fue una noche catastrófica para todas las mesas y que, de todos modos, no era su responsabilidad.

También habíamos pedido tres botellas de vino para acompañar nuestra comida, pero al final solo recibimos dos entradas por un total de 200 euros. Esperamos sinceramente que el verdadero dueño del restaurante tome medidas ante esta situación, ya que no se corresponde en absoluto con nuestras experiencias anteriores y nuestra lealtad hacia el establecimiento."

I have been wanting to try out this restaurant for a while, we went last night to celebrate our wedding anniversary, the place is beautiful very elegant and clean, the service unbeatable 1st class, everyone working there was very attentive and friendly they went out of their way to make it a 1st class experience. The food was delicious we love our food and ordered a selection of starters all fabulous and our main course and dessert was mouth watering and beautifully desplayed on the plates. Very poor service, had to chase our drink order four times only to be told they hadn't gone through and we had to reorder. We was sat near the doors which get locked when full, slightly annoying that no one can get in or out and no one was manning the situation. I ordered the vegetarian noodles after a very long wait on food I was served chicken noodles with nuts fortunately I don't have a nut allergy but for some this would not be acceptable.
