Puente de Oro — Restaurant in l'Alfàs del Pi

Well what can I say. A table of 8 diners swearing and shouting. The noise was terrible. The owners was more than happy to serve these diners with no respect for other diners. The language from these diners was terrible and the owners just ignored it. Other diners was showing their views but owners just ignored this as they wanted the money. This is not the first time we have experienced this. Ming the owner is a nice guy but he needs to think of other diners not just the group party diners. We walked out half way through our meal as we could not cope with listenening to to loud bad language from the big table that dominated the restaurant. The lady then gave us a bill which was well over the amount of drink we had consumed. I refused and paid her what I thought it was worth. Well to my surprise after eating here for the last 17 years she started to shout, what sort of people ate you not paying. We walked out of the restaurant after giving her 45% of the bill. She ran over to the door.. screaming at us and I mean screaming .. shouting " what sort of people are you not paying for your bill" she knew our names but just treated us like strangers. Never again...

Okay I went after reading about buffy on here, because despite the person saying should of got off the menu I like been able to pick my own food and eat what I like from a verity of foods (all you can eat), I asked Chinese staff buffy and he said yes so I sat down, he then got me a menu lol, so the buffy here is actually food put on hot plates for you to share out your self,, I picked prawn cocktail but the prawns didn't seem fresh to me so left it, then I ordered the chilli chicken because the buffy menu I picked didn't have a curry option, also got chips fried rice and noodles, the chilli chicken was actually just created fried chicken strips with peppers so no sauce, it came with packets of ketchup lmao, so I asked the beautiful Spanish girl for curry sauce but she doesn't speak good English, the Chinese owners however do speak good English and within 20 seconds of me requesting curry sauce a full bowl was at my table, I didn't try everything but the chilli chicken I only give 4/10 so not the best, the atmosphere and restaurant is beautiful though and price cheap, so I've give fairly good star rating here despite not actually having what...

Well what can I say , we arrived at the restaurant and ordered menu f the day , which was pancake roll mini duck and crispy noodle , my pancake roll arrived over cooked then mine and my freinds main came which was peaking crispy duck so said to the owner that this is not correct , had already put a piece of duck on my plate but not eaten it but was could not believe the response I got from the owner , she used her hands to remove the duck of my plate and chuck it back on the original plate and then continued to tell us that we should point to the menu when ordering , at this stage I pointed out that we were not children and that it’s your menu she excepted no responsibility in this and said the food will be 15 minutes , in total there was 5 of us and they already had there food so I said that no thanks after you’re attitude I will pay for what I have had and leave , I left with no apology from the owners , very bad experience and wouldn’t recommend it to anybody , there are many more to choose from in Albir ,...
