Every time it is a wonderful experience coming to eat at La Tasca. I highly recommend this place, it is well worth it. It is off the beaten track in a quiet part of Sant Jordí d'Alfama and is a lovely, welcoming family restaurant. You can play the guitar, sing along with friends, dance, the atmosphere is truly relaxed and friendly. Susana, the owner is lovely and takes pride in the delicious home cooked meals she serves. At lunchtime on weekdays, you have a choice of set menu dishes and on weekends and evenings there is an amazing menu selection. The grilled fish and seafood is locally caught and carefully cooked to the customer's liking. The barbecued meat is fantastic with super tender and juicy cuts. They make one of the best ensaladillas I have tasted and have a great selection of salads and tapas. Their sangria is delicious! The service is really good and they are attentive to their clients and will try to accomodate most dietary requirements...

A very warm welcome from Susie - the proprietor We ate several times over three weeks from the weekday lunchtime menu del Dia and weekends from the a la carte menu. A varied choice of freshly prepared dishes - delicious 😋. For us, the piece de résistance was the excellent fresh fish - Susie's partner is a fisherman so you can't get any fresher and the taste superb. The sign of a good restaurant is to see "regulars" and we saw the same people often. Perhaps the competitive pricing should be mentioned too You won't pass the restaurant - you need to check directions to guide you but easy to find. Lovely setting in the pine trees. Im Jahr 2016:Ein Erlebnis der besonderen (tollen) Art. Das Essen war ein Traum und eben Besonders. Die Grillplatte wurde auf einem kleinen Holzkohlegrill serviert. Sehr sehenswert und lecker. Super gewürzt. Die Salsa dazu, ein Rezept aus Argentinien. Die Kartoffelscheiben mit Gemüse dazu, ebenfalls sehr lecker. Gambas, Tomaten mit Mozarella, Crepes- alles lecker. Die Wirtin nett & aufmerksam. Update: Im Mai 2022 wieder besucht. Neue Inhaberfamilie, alles frisch renoviert. Großzügige Öffnungszeiten ab 11 Uhr durchgehend Küche. War sehr lecker das Menü und günstig für 14 € inkl. einem Getränk und Kaffee. Die große Terrasse bietet zur Häfte Sonne/Schatten. September 2022: Tolle neue Karte, das Essen war wieder TOP. Im Jahr 2023 bis in 2024 viele Monate geschlossen. Besuch im Juni 2024. Enttäuscht 😞 Vermutlich wieder Pächter/Inhaberwechsel. Das Essen war gut und auch schön angerichtet. Bei der Nachspeise war der Frischkäse schlecht, die Reklamation wurde mit einer Entschuldigung und einer großen Ersatzportion -aufs Haus- unproblematisch bearbeitet. Der Kaffee war leider nur lauwarm. Als wir bezahlen wollten, war niemand der Familie im Gastraum, weil die Familie im Nebenhof selbst zu Abend gegessen hat. So haben wir dann knapp 30 Minuten warten müssen um die Rechnung zu bestellen. Sorry, das geht gar nicht. Wenn weitere Gäste gekommen wären, diese wären wieder gegangen, da niemand zu sehen war. Wir waren an diesem Abend die einzigen Gäste. Da dies vermutlich jeden Abend so sein wird, wird nach der Saison wohl...
