Skip everything else in this town and go here. Not exaggerating one bit. Prices are 70-80% of what everyone else asks but their flavours and cuisine is 200%. It's only slightly out of the touristy zone, yet insane what kind of difference. Atmosphere is nice and quiet, easygoing, the place itself is filled with interesting memorabilia which u can feast your eyes upon while u wait. Best Sangria we've had in this town. Read moreVery disappointed - four of us arrived to a half full restaurant with plenty of outside seating at 10:30pm on Saturday night wanting to sit outside and enjoy a bottle of wine. We were told by a waitress that “We are a restaurant and don’t serve just drinks”. This is despite you advertising you serve cocktails. In the 25 years I’ve been coming to L’Escala I’ve never been to a restaurant that refuses customers to enjoy just a drink. We shared six entrees between the two of us. The waitress organized to served them in the perfect order and with great care. Every dish tasted great!
