We recently had the pleasure of dining, for a second time, at a charming restaurant that truly delivered when it came to authentic Spanish flavors — especially their paella.
From the moment we walked in, the friendly staff set the tone for a great meal. The aroma coming from the kitchen was rich and inviting, hinting at the flavors to come.
We ordered the paella, and it was enough for two people. Served in a traditional pan, the dish arrived steaming hot with a perfectly crisp layer of socarrat (that golden, caramelized rice at the bottom). It was packed with fresh ingredients — succulent shrimp, mussels, and clams — all beautifully seasoned with saffron and paprika. The rice was infused with deep, savory flavors without being overly salty or oily. Add a couple of cervezas in frosted mugs and you are all set.!
What stood out most was the balance. Every bite offered a little something different, and the textures and spices were spot on. It tasted like something cooked with patience and pride.
The service was attentive but never rushed, and the staff seemed genuinely passionate about the food. We left feeling satisfied and are already looking forward to our next visit.
If you're craving an authentic paella experience, this spot is absolutely worth...

I ordered the Pulpo (octopus) and the Fideua which was recommended by the waiter. It was filling but it tastes great! The octopus was cooked through, and the fideua, which is a pasta paella, wasnt too rich, the flavor was just right, and served with cottage cheese. Both were really good!
Since it was recommended by the hotel, they gave me a welcome drink which was a shot of cream liqueur.
I was seated outside, it was raining a bit but we were under a canopy. It was a nice, breezy, albeit rainy, evening and it was a great way to cap off...
