Go anywere else if you are want beef dinner because this was both expensive and awful.
To celebrate the completion of our bachelor’s, my friends and I went out to Brasayleña for dinner. This was without a doubt the worst rodizio experience I have ever had.
We were first brought the side dishes, which were quite lacking—a small bowl of mixed salad drenched in dressing, some corn, beans, and other stuff. As for the rodizio itself, it was the most disappointing. All the meat was low quality, cheap cuts, and tasted quite bad. It was quite apparent this menu was designed to be as cost-efficient as possible. The only beef we received was grey and dry. To quote my friend, "this is the only all-you-can-eat place I don’t want to eat till I’m full."
The service was quite bad as well, as it was quite difficult to get in contact with the staff. When we got into contact with them, they forgot what we asked for, and we had to get in contact with them again. However, I would not put the blame on the staff themselves because they looked quite understaffed that day. For example, there was only one guy going around with rodizio for the entire restaurant. I would highlight great service from him in particular as he was quite friendly. But for the most part, the service was unorganized.
As for the locale, it was nothing special and gave us the vibe of a fast-food restaurant. The whole thing cost 26 euros, and in the end, we ended up eating at McDonald’s afterward just...
Read moreUNSAFE, UNPLEASENT, NOT WORTH A VISIT. The food and service was mediocre at best. As with any Brazilian BBQ restaurant, there were plenty of sides and a nice selection of Brazilian cocktails. The sides were a plate of fries, some rice. Black beans and a salad. The salad was poorly cut and the dressing was incredibly sour. The meats served were very moderate as they came out very charred and also very over cooked. One of the cutters was extremely unprofessional, swinging the knife around, carrying the meat without a base letting the juices from the meat fall right on to the floor. I felt that it was very unsafe as he was cutting the meat infront of your face on the plate he had no regard for where or how we was using his knife. Personally as he was cutting infront of me he decided to push the meat downwards and actually hit me in the face with some of the meats. I can’t imagine if it were a small child or senior citizen. The manager of the store was a elderly gentleman dressed in black and almost not caring about anything just strolling around and seating guest that were coming in. I do not recommend you come...
Read moreWhat an awful experience!
We opted for the package which includes drinks and ordered a caiparinha each. The caiparinhas were just soda water with limes and sugar, but I figured what else to expect with a drinks-included package. We each ordered another one towards the end of our meal and these were even worse.
During our hour or so visit, the meats which came out were chicken, chicken, sausages, cheap sausages, chicken, pork, chicken and beef. Only two people serving meat to the entire restaurant and the kitchen not keeping up, meant that most times, the meat wouldn't even reach our table. People sitting behind us were even less fortunate and you could see how agitated everyone was.
When the bill came, they actually wanted to charge us €6.50 each for the other two drinks!! We didn't even drink them as it was just soda water.
In all, it was exceptionally expensive for what you get. They kept sending cheap meats, wouldn't have enough to go around each table and you end up with very little.
I won't go back even if...
