Comarca Cuina L’Hocal — Restaurant in l'Hospitalet de Llobregat

Super disappointing. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was such a bad experience I had to say something.

First of all, the food. The “patatas bravas” were literally undercooked—crispy on the outside and raw in the middle. Like… how do you mess up bravas? And the burger? Don’t even get me started. It tasted weird, like if it wasn’t fully cooked through or had bad seasoning, and I ended up leaving most of it on the plate.

Now, the service. I get that it’s summer and maybe they’ve hired new people, but that’s no excuse for being unhelpful and giving us the wrong info about the menu. The new girl working there was anything but friendly. She barely gave us any answers to our questions and suggestions, clearly didn’t know what she was doing, and honestly made the whole vibe awkward. The rest of the staff? Meh. Not rude, not nice. Just… there.

And the worst part? The heat. There’s literally NO air circulation inside. It was 34ºC today and they had, what? Two sad little fans that didn’t even reach the first table. It was like eating inside a sauna. Super uncomfortable.

I honestly used to like this place because I’ve been here in winter and it wasn’t this bad. But after today? No thanks. Wouldn’t...

I had my first meal in spain here in this restaurant. Such an awful experience& staff. I had to wait for my order for an hour, one of the dishes were Bravas, never knew that potatoes take this long to prepare. I went to the lady and asked her why is my order taking so long, she responded with a very bad attitude saying “ cancel it, you are very demanding”. Very rude. Not to mention her being racist just because she knew that i am a tourist, which is also a reason of why my order is being delayed. She and the whole staff warmly welcome Spanish customers. I am more than sad that this was my first impression of Spanish people. I don’t recommend this restaurant even though it’s perfectly located in the hotel lobby👎🏻.

The place is ok but the girl with blue hair from the staff is very unpolite with a bad attitude. I came here with my boyfriend and we took 2 glasses of wine and then my bf order another glass for him. After a while my bf asked for another glass but the glass never arrived. We asked another member from the staff to bring us that glass of wine. Meanwhile we asked for the bill where were the 4 glasses of wine. The boy brought us the wine and another bill with a glass of wine. We told him that we already paid for the wine but the girl accused us that we took 5 glasses. What bothered me was her attitude and it's not my fault he doesn't know kindergarten math :). In the end I didn't pay for the 5th glass, but I was treated like "it's ok, as you say...
