Cómo casi cada día voy a desayunar con mi hijo a este sitio ya que no hay cuchas opciones cerca y cómo suele ser algo muy rápido no he tenido queja pero hoy he tenido una experiencia muy muy desagradable el local estaba prácticamente vacío y pido un bocadillo y un café con leche para llevar la chica que me atendió creo que es nueva por que no se entera de mucho aún así cogí mi pedido y me fui para mi mala sorpresa el café estaba helado y no hay cosa mas mala que tener frío pedir y esperar un café caliente y te sirvan un café soso y frío así que volví al local y pedí a otro chico que por favor y este tipo con una pinta muy sucio y en tono burlón me dice así lo servimos aquí templado y yo le acotó que voy con bastante frecuencia y eso no es así me mira con burla y nueva mente repite lo mismo NO ME CAMBIO EL CAFÉ yo solo lo cogí y me fui y al darme cuenta de que no me lo calentó por qoe no lo hizo el me miraba desde el mostrador riéndose así que volví y le dejé su asqueroso intento de café es una vergüenza que pague por un servicio y te traten tan mal. No le deseo mal a nadie pero este tipejo no debería de estar de cara al público primero por su actitud tan grosera y desagradable y segundo por su aspecto sucio y mal oliente l ropa sucia el pelo graso total asqueroso a más no poder en definitiva contraten gente que realmente quieran trabajar, con buena actitud y una imagen y aseo personal cuidado me siento indignada y no me devolví a pedir hoja de reclamación por que no me daba tiempo pero desde llego muy...

We usually dine at the Passeig de Gràcia location with a very cozy atmosphere and hidden garden terrace. I have written a review for that location with five stars. This location has the same quality of staff who speak English and have a nice attitude, and the food seems to be of the same great quality. So the location is a bit smaller and not as stunning, but still really delicious quality coffee and food. The place was pretty much empty so that helps with getting quick...
