KFC — Restaurant in l'Hospitalet de Llobregat

Horrible, i spend half an hour inside and i couldn't order, finally i had to leave. I went to order from the touch machines, so after waiting for 15 minutes i finally got to the machine and i tried everything but i couldn't find the menu i was looking for, the muchine was shuving big bucken on me, so i went to the cashier waiting about 5 minutes and asked for ordering from there but she refuesed and she insisted that what i am looking for is on the touch screen i just have to go to another page. So after i went back to take another queue and wait 10 minutes more i finally got got to the touch machine and the machine got jammed and it was not responsive, i waived to the girl but she totally ignored me, so as i was could not wait any more i had to leave. I can't evaluate the service or atmosphere because I've only ordered delivery so far. I don't know what it is, but I've tried multiple KFC locations and there's something about this one specifically that makes their burgers so much better than the other ones. Maybe the employees making the menus are putting more care into balancing the ingredients, I'm not sure, but each time I have ordered from this one I have gotten surprised by how tasty it was. The tables were terrible!!! Left with the dirty packages and food. Youngster were EXTREMELY loud! The girl who took our order was VERY helpful and cordial. I saw the one server “cleaning/clearing” the tables but not wiping it of!! I at least had wipes with me that I could clean the table after I had to dispose of the previous diners food and containers.
