La Tagliatella — Restaurant in l'Hospitalet de Llobregat

It was happened last night, we were ordering through the website to take away and the pick up time was supposed at 9pm!

Me and my other friend ordered in the same restaurant same website we even get the confirmation email and payment.

We arrived but the order was only for my friend and not for me which I ordered for 5 person! The supervisor or manager or whover is he “the bald guy” not even say sorry or nicety to us. He kept saying the order was not going through to their apps even saying “we have 2 la taglietalla” but the thing is we choose the addess at the right place in Gran Via II ! I assume only 1 restaurant there!

He kept repeating his answer “you can just cancel and order new one so we can make your order”.

The thing is not as simple as he told us! We were waiting until 9.30pm and 5 of us were wiating without getting any ordered and we also foreigner!

He wasn’t say sorry or nicety at all! At least ask us to have a seat while he checked not giving us the face. 5 of us left and ofcourse we dont want to order in this restaurant with his attitude.

Now I have to go theough the refund process and hopefully it will go fast!

Love this restaurant! We ate here twice on our one week stay in Barcelona & loved it both times. We came early in the evening 7:30 the first time & 8:00 the second and even though the waitress we got the first night spoke no English we still were able to communicate. We started out both nights with the traditional appetizer (forgot the name) & a pitcher of sangria with procecco to share. They were amazing! Then we had lasagna, and 3 different stuffed pastas with sauces over the 2 nights. Loved each of them! Then we finished off each evening sharing a dessert, which was yet again delicious. Wish they had Italian food like this back home. Upon looking at pictures from our visit to Spain four years ago I noticed we ate at the same named restaurant in a different area, so I'm guessing they have a few around. If Italian food is this good in Spain I can't wait to try it on Italy! Will most definitely come here again when we come...

Bueno, el pasado sábado 9 de diciembre 23', fuimos al restaurante que se encuentra en El CC Gran Via2. Esperemos un ratito, que esto no es la queja, porque el chico de puerta/ metrr fue super amable. Mi queja viene con la mesera que nos tocó. Es verdad que al pedir la bebida hicimos dos correcciones por indecision de nuestra parte, y a la segunda corrección nos hizo un gesto feo de arrancar el papel de la comanda y nos puso mala cara. Le pedimos disculpas porque es verdad que fue nuestra culpa total. Cuando nos viene a pedir la comanda de comida, nos avisa que la pasta será lo último que saldrá de cocina que si nos daba igual la espera. Le dijimos que no nos importaba ya que entendemos que es un sábado noche. Mientras nos traían las bebidas, le pedimos por favor otro vaso, porque uno de nosotros tenía que tomar una medicación. Luego nos traen la comida y lo primero que sale es la pasta, que hasta aquí todo bien, pero nos sorprendió. Comimos, todo bien todo muy bueno, y nos empiezan a retirar los platos. Nos preguntan por café o postre, le decimos que no. Queríamos hacer 10 min de sobremesa para asentar la comida un poco y tal vez así pedir alguna copa o tal vez algún postre (inciso serían las 22.20 y habían 3/4 mesas vacías y nadie haciendo cola). A los 3 minutos nos retira ya las bebidas y que si queremos la cuenta, nosotros ya dándonos cuenta que no nos querían ahí y nos querían echar, procedemos a pagar. Aquí es cuando viene ya el problema. Se acerca otro metre/mesero por detrás de la mesera que le comenta algo, ella pone una cara amarga y se va chasqueando la boca, mientras salía la copia del ticket de pago y se va sin despedirse ni nada llevándose el datáfono. No entendemos nada de esa actitud, y a los segundos viene el mesero/metre textualmente diciendo: Se nos ha olvidado cobrar un agua, la tenéis que abonar. (Así de frío, sin decir ni disculpa ni nada). Nosotros diciendo que no, que solo habíamos pedido un agua, que lo único que pedimos fue un vaso para que pudiéramos tomar la medicina, y el nos insistía de muy malas maneras que pagáramos, y volvimos a reiterar que no, que habíamos pedido solo un agua. Al final el mesero se fue de muy malas ganas, tratándonos de mentirosos y ladrones, diciendo muy bien adiós. Con esto quiero aclarar, que entendemos que es un sábado noche, que es una cadena, que puede haber nervios y momentos tensos. Pero tratarnos de mala gana y montar un show por querer cobrarnos un agua de más que no habiamos ni pedido... Yo lamentablemente no volveré a pisar este...
