McDonald's — Restaurant in l'Hospitalet de Llobregat

We are staying in the near by area on a 4 day break from the Uk. We noticed a McDonald’s near by and after a long day decided to eat somewhere local. After arriving and waiting in the queue we got to the til to order and immediately the server walked away, we continued to wait for about ten minutes with no one in view to even get there attention. A server then came to the til did not look or even speak to us and continued to speak to a lady who was Spanish next to us and not even in the queue we then realised she was taking her order. We then waited for her to then take ours but she did not make any effort to even acknowledge us and then walked away. Discussing service! Do they have a problem with...

whenever i travel internationally i have this urge to see what the american fast food places abroad have on their menus which I DIDNT THINK WAS THAT WEIRD but no one ever wants to go into the mcdonalds with me to look at their menu! like yes i know we should be trying to try the local food but i literally just wanted to go inside and see what they had. anyways at this place they wouldnt even let us in unless we were ordering something which is NOT a rule at the mcdonalds back home i thought that was so dumb. got a pic of their happy meal toys though whatever happened to those? i feel like i never see the happy meal toys at mcdonalds anymore do they still...

We had the unfortiunate timing of having a late lunch which is when the Spanish have their usual lunch hour. The place was packed! So the service was not up to par--I had to wait 5 minutes or so for my fish sandwich. My partner's drink was only filled halfway.

We stayed at a nearby hotel so we also came here for breakfast. It's better in the morning--not a lot of people. However, if you order the McMuffin with bacon, you will have to wait for them to make it.

Unfortunately my partner saw a cockroach running across the floor one morning--he squashed it. I don't know if that's normal here or not, but it was pretty unsettling...
