Absolutely the Worst Dining Experience of My Life!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. First of all, the dumplings were cold! Not lukewarm, not slightly off, but ICE COLD. Did they forget they’re supposed to be steamed, not served straight from the fridge?
The ramen? Don’t even get me started. It was basically cheap instant noodles you can buy for 50p at the supermarket. No flavor, no effort, just laziness on a plate.
The waitstaff were a joke. I don’t think a single one of them knew what they were doing. Orders were missed, and the ones that did arrive were wrong or late. It’s called “all you can eat,” but how am I supposed to eat it when half of it never shows up?
And the sushi? LOW QUALITY and TASTELESS. I’ve had better sushi from a petrol station. Seriously, this place should be ashamed to even call it sushi.

The food was absolutely amazing! Each dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We really appreciated that every item had its own carefully matched sauce, this is a thoughtful touch that adds real value and sets this place apart from many other Japanese restaurants.
The seating area is cozy and inviting, and the staff were kind and welcoming—everything contributed to a great dining experience.
Just one small suggestion from a sushi lover: the nigiri pieces were a bit too large for one bite, and the fish didn’t adhere well to the rice. A traditional nigiri should offer a single, seamless bite, with the fish gently pressed onto slightly sticky rice to hold everything together without falling apart.

Cambio la reseña por qué mi segunda vez no ha sido tan agradable. Sé que fuimos "tarde" 22:10 a cenar, pero una vez sentados, nos vino el camarero ya diciéndonos que la cocina cerraba a las 23:10 (cuando es a las 23:30 según el encargado) que pidiéramos rápido para que saliera. Pedimos... 22:30 empezamos a cenar. 22:40 nos suelta el mismo camarero que si ya habíamos acabado de pedir, que la cocina cierra a las 23:00 (adelantando otra vez la hora de cierre) y están recogiendo. Le decimos obviamente que no ya que habíamos pedido justito. 22:45 lanzamos otro pedido, y seguimos comiendo. 22:55 ya teníamos todo en la mesa y estábamos comiendo a un ritmo rápido, no íbamos a pedir más por qué ya era tarde. Nos viene el mismo camarero diciendo que iban a cerrar, que fuéramos acabando ya... Perdona? No son ni las 23, que se supone que no debería estar cerrada ni la cocina, y nos mete prisa para acabar e irnos? Hemos engullido la comida, estábamos prácticamente acabando todo en menos de media hora que estábamos ahí. No hemos sido los típicos clientes que alargan la cena.
La verdad que una pena haber pagado un bufet de casi 22€ para apenas poder comer bien y con presión. Entiendo el descanso de los camareros, pero es tu trabajo, no nos íbamos a quedar hasta las 2 de la noche, íbamos a cenar e irnos. Ni opción a postre, café ni nada.
La verdad que muy mala experiencia, espero que hablen con la plantilla y dejen claro los horarios, por qué si lo llegamos a saber antes de que nos sentarán que en 30 minutos teníamos que comer e irnos, no habríamos entrado a ""molestar"" por qué es lo que ha parecido.
Por la comida y la variedad, la verdad que bastante bien comparado con otros restaurantes del mismo estilo. El tema suplementos deberían enfocarlo de otra manera, ya que el menú noche ya te vale casi 22€, pagar suplemento a partir de la segunda ronda de ese mismo plato sería...
