Answer to the Owner´s reply: Do not come here and pretend that you did not get a refund request through Glovo and you denied it. Don´t not patronize me. You know very well, that that is first thing anyone would do. I strongly urge you to reevaluate the competence and skills of your chefs. It is evident that they are not capable of delivering the a good culinary experience. (Photos included).

I´ve made numerous attempts to address my concerns by contacting your customer service, speaking with the manager, and even reaching out to the CEO of the chain in Barcelona. To my dismay, all of them provided me with the same scripted response, showing a complete lack of regard for customers dissatisfaction. I was not offered a replacement, refund or any sort of compensation.

The "thing" that you delivered to me went straight to bin. I wouldn´t feed my enemy with that. The photos of it speaks for itself. If it was my restaurant, I´d so ashamed of...

We had lunch the day before yesterday in Udon of Gran Via 2 in Barcelona, and since then, we've been feeling very sick and we found out that we had been served an ingredient that doesn't respect our dietary restrictions. In fact, wanting to order a vegetarian meal, we instead found ourselves with a full meat dish. There was nothing in the menu that indicated the ingredients. The green logo only marked the vegan dishes. We could not find the time to ask either because the waitress pressured us into ordering quickly as the lunch service was closing. The actual vegetarian dish we got was FULL of oil. Absolutely disgusting. We were served in half full tiny take away boxes that were full of non fresh ingredients. It was a catastrophic meal that resulted in a lot of vomiting and digestive issues. If you're not capable of serving proper meals because you're about to close, DON'T LURE CUSTOMERS INTO ORDERING AND...

Buen día respecto a mi experiencia en este lugar el día sábado ha sido lo más de lamentable, después que tomas el placer de elegir les por qué su comida está genial ... Viene una camarera JEFA A ECHAR POR SUELO todo un trabajo que como cliente hacemos, osea decidir el mejor sitio para ir a comer después de varios regalos del día para nuestra cumpleañera 🥴viene la amargada de turno y te estropea el día tan lindo que teníamos organizado. Y cuento todo esto por qué no es solo que nos cruzamos con la jefa que no sabe ser jefa, si no que realmente los restaurantes no son consientes de que el cliente dura un buen rato en debate entre todas para elegirlos entre muchos lugares y k no es justo llegar, y en dos minutos nos traten a las patadas. El tema es k al hacer la entrada no recibe una niña muy amable nos dice k si deseamos entrar esperemos unos 15 minutos por k no son suficientes en la cocina... Cosa que no nos importo así k seguimos con las mismas ganas de entrar, obvio esperamos fuera ya que no nos dieron mesa en ese momento ... En un momento vemos k la gente va llegando pero se aglomera en la puerta y nosotras estaba os al costado así k decidimos entrar para k no existan confusiones de orden de llegada, FUE AQUI DONDE YA TODOS NOS HEMOS EXPLICADO ENTRE CLIENTES K ESTABAMOS ANTES SOLI K LA ESPERA NO LA HICIMOS EN MEDIO DE LA ENTRADA Y ENTRE CLIENTES TODOS RESPUTIOSAS Y SATISFECHOS NOS DIMOS NUESTRAS TANDAS CORRECTAS PARA EL INGRESO, CUANDO LA SEÑORITA MEGA AMARGADA NOS DICE K NO K LA PAREJA DE DETRAS ESTABA PRIMERO , AUN CUANDO LA PAREJA LE ACLARA K EFECTIVAMENTE VAMOS PEIMERAS, ELLA CON MUCHA INCOMODIDAD ESCUCHA PERO SE MARCHA, VIENE ITRA COMÑERA K ESTA ENVIA Y SE QUIERE LLEVAR A LA PAREJA ASI K TANTO LA PAREJA COMO NOSOTRAS LE DECIMOS K ES NUESTRO TURNO, NOS DEJA EN UNA MESA Y A LO LEJOS VEMOS COMO LA OTRA CHICA MOLESTA LE HACE K NO CON LA CABEZA, Y SE DUREJE A NUESTRA MESA DONDE ESTABAMOS YA SEBTADAS Y DICE CON CARA DE MOLESTA QUE ELLA ES LA JEFA Y ES LA QUE DECIDE A QUIEN ATIENDE 🙄🤔😤 DEJANDO DE LADO TODO LO K TANTO LA PAREJA DE ENTRADA EXPLICO Y NOSOTRAS, SE REFIRIO A SER LA JEFA UNAS 3 VECES Y RECALCO QUE ELLA DECIDIA A QUIEN ATENDER, RÁPIDAMENTE NOS DIMOS CUEBTA QUE ESTbamos en el día y hora equivocada del lugar favorito de nuestra cumpleañera.... Pla cumpleañera pidió chija de reclamación a lo k esta mujer contestó k no entregaría nada ya k no habíamos consumido😡estaba claro k la mujer estaba dispuesta a no tender la así que no tuvimos más que marchar os ya k la cumpleañera no se sentía cómoda, mucho menos nosotras después de tremendo expectaculo de aquella tía que solo sabía chillar k ella era la jefa, pues k sepáis lo mal...
