I recently visited this restaurant and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The portions were incredibly generous, making for a satisfying meal. Unas bravas con historia, con una receta muy refinada y de la que se sienten orgullos, servidas desde su food-truck.

PATATA

Cocción uniforme, bien hechas por dentro y crujiente por fuera (nivel crujiente medio). Algo secas, cosa que encontramos difícil de evitar por las condiciones en las que sirven la comida, al ser un food-truck las patatas ya están hechas y esperando cuando pides el plato. Buena cantidad y distribución de la sal. Corte suficientemente regular.

SALSA

Base de huevo, pimentón y pimienta negra molida, trocos de pimienta visibles de manera sencilla, mezcla de especias y un toquecito de limón. Picante de buena "calidad", no estorba y acompaña muy bien el sabor. Salsa con un buen sabor, dan ganas de rebañar el plato. Orgullosos de su salsa, la venden por separado en un tarro, por si no has tenido suficiente con las bravas.

CONCLUSIÓN

Unas bravas que con cada bocado nos cuentan su historia, su dedicación y su resiliencia. Nos gustaría aclarar que al haberlas probado en un food-truck, quizás no hemos visto estas bravas en todo su esplendor. Love this place!! Authentic tapas experience here! The staff are friendly, even the owner who is very hands on! We ordered a lot and everything was so good!! Perfect place for tapas and good cava. We had to wait 1 1/2 hour before we got seated but it’s so worth the wait. We enjoyed people watching while waiting.
