We came here after a visit to the beach of Aldea. First of all, unfortunately there are no Churros with chocolate available 😕 All in all, the bar is cheap but the quality of the food is mediocre. Meals: * Tortilla Espanola: big portion, but not really tasty. Extremely dry, probably from the microwave. Not fresh made. * Fish Tapas: fried pieces of fish. Big portion, fish tasty. A little bit too much panade and fat. Good Potatoes with tasty mojo that helped us with the Tortilla 😊 The location is really nice directly in the city centre of Aldea. The service was also really nice.

Si quieren tener un trato desagradable vayan al bar Félix, allí te encontrarás a miss simpatía(la señora rubia) y Ghandi, atención top, top miseria... , lentos y no de reloj solo, parece que le estás haciendo un favor... Para no volver, salvo que quieras que te traten con desprecio y que te miren con cara de asco, deberían de contratarlos en la línea de la esperanza... no sirvieron a un amigo por ir con el pantalón roto, que no salió así por gusto de casa, después mintiendo de manera sibilina el camarero de gafas dice que fue porque estaba cerrando, después alude a que llevaba 12 horas seguidas trabajando, siendo mentira también porque habíamos estado por el mediodía y dichos camareros no estaban, un trabajador del ayuntamiento de San Nicolás se acercó y pidió disculpas por el trato recibido diciendo que le daba vergüenza, muy amable y se agradecieron sus disculpas desinteresadas. deberíamos de haber pedido la hoja de reclamaciones, pero bueno cuando volvamos a la aldea ya sabemos a dónde no hay que ir. (Actualizado el comentario que criticaba la comida, cuando en realidad lo que se critica es la falta de atención y empatía)

This really is a hidden gem! It's in the middle of nowhere and yet just great. The lovely, attentive waitress was very good and fast. The stewed beef boqadita was absolutely the best, the wine delicious and the prices were rock bottom. If you're in this part of Gran Canaria don't hesitate. Oh, and the premises are spotless. I think it's universal in this part of the world.

Felix is the best place to eat in all La Aldea! they have the best dishes and food for really good prices. Felix is a great host and since we were there several days in a row he took care that we received everything right and that we were completely satisfied.
