We were early (just after 2000) and it was closed. However they were happy to let us in. As the menu was in Catalan and we struggle with Spanish, the gentleman went to great lengths to try and describe the dishes to us. We did not stay at the hotel so can not review rooms. The restaurant is very good quality food and generous. We had menu fin de semana (weekend menu). Hi vam tornar després de molt de temps sense anar-hi, no sabíem que esperar. Pel que es veu, el restaurant ha canviat de mans en els últims anys i havia perdut la seva fama.

Fa un parell de setmanes que han iniciat el seu projecte els nous propietaris i es notava que patien les conseqüències dels anteriors: el restaurant, que en altre temps estava ple i havies de reservar, es trobava quasi buit. Vam decidir donar-los-hi una oportunitat, si no ho prova un mateix no et pots fer una opinió.

Quin encert, vam menjar molt a gust, de qualitat i amb una atenció impecable. Vam fer el menú de cap de setmana. Jo concretament vaig decidir-me per un carpaccio de vedella, costelles de xai i pastís de formatge de cabra.
