Delivery to your door with break neck delivery times, and this is a regular thing and not just a one off.

10/10 for everything and hand cut fresh chips, not your cheap...

Acabamos de comprar el pollo donde especificamos que estuviera bien echo.. total que recogemos el pollo lo ponemos en la mesa y el pollo estaba frío no HELADO... (normal lo saco de debajo del mostrador a saber cuánto lleva ahí un día que no es ni un día fuerte como un sábado o domingo..) La salsa del pollo Aguada y el pollo es de ayer mínimo que le sobraron y hoy lo han calentado y mal calentado porque estaba Helado.. porque un pollo supuestamente recién echo que de recogerlo de la tienda a mi casa no hay ni 800 metros y se fue por el en coche... así que frío del trayecto imposible.. Total mal sabor, zapatuo, está INCOMIBLE.. Además llamamos por teléfono para explicar el tema y la solución que nos da es LO SIENTO.. jajaj el lo siento me deja con un dinero perdido que ni se a ofrecido a devolverme cuando he ido a devolver el pollo ni se a molestado en darme una solución en darme un nuevo pollo o algo.. en fin que ya nos a pasado en otras ocasiones el pollo frío, kebab frío y vacíos... en fin que ya no le compramos más.. y no lo pienso recomendar.. a los anteriores propietarios le comprábamos 4 veces en semana mínimo pero viendo que aquí está pasando lo que comentó no hay...

I had to call 10 times until they answered the phone. The food is awful. Even my dog doesn't want to eat it. The rice is pre cooked and tastes like plastic. The kebab has only meat and the meat is very gross. The potatoes are fried and boiled, full with water. Salads are bad too. Only the big chicken is good. it's very cheap but the food looks and tastes...
