Prévoyez au moins un repas ici. Peut-être après avoir passé la matinée à Gorg el Salt ou à la piscine municipale de la Vall de la Gallinera à La Carroja. C'est à 50 minutes de Dénia mais ça vaut le coup. Jabali = Sanglier, c'est la spécialité maison. La fideuá ou le ragout (estofado) au sanglier sont tout simplement excellents. N'hésitez pas à demander ces plats à emporter (c'est ce que nous, nous faisons). Les tartes du dessert sont aussi un vrai délice.
