Montseny — Restaurant in Llinars del Vallès

They broke our car while we were eating inside. We ate for 10 minutes and when i went to get something from the car, the drivers window was broken and all of our bags with documents,money and other stuff were gone. It was around 14:00 and there were many other cars parked and many other people were present but nobody saw anything. The restaurant told us that they couldnt call the police so we went to the nearest police station. We also had a pair of airpods and an airtag stolen and we could track them. The police told us to go on our own and try to find our things. We found the van with our stuff and when we went to another police station to come with us to check the van, our stuff moved from the van but close to it. The police tried the van’s doors and they were unlocked and said if we checked earlier, we couldve get our stuff back. But i think they saw us when we came the first time and moved our stuff inside a building. We searched for about an hour but we couldnt find anything. Luckily, everyone was safe and we still had...

El cajero de la bollería atiende de malos modos, al límite de la mala educación,, se enfada porque un sachet de sacarina se le ha caído en mi taza de leche, como si fuera mi culpa. Nous sommes déjà venus à plusieurs reprises : le service a toujours été correct. Cependant l',expérience de ce soir n'a pas été la meilleure. L'hôte de caisse de la viennoiserie a été impoli et désagréable. Énervé parce qu'un sachet d'édulcorant était tombé dans la tasse de lait (sachet qu'il avait lui-même fait tomber), il n'a eu d'autres choix que de refaire une autre tasse, "propre". Eh bien, sa réaction fut de lancer la tasse derrière lui, de marmonner on-ne-sait-quoi et bien entendu sans sourire. Saisissant tellement cette réaction était inattendue inopportune, impolie,...Un petit cours de courtoisie lui serait vraiment utile. Et peut-être aussi une réflexion sur le métier qu'il souhaite réellement exercer, sans le subir. Vraiment pas fait pour l'accueil. Et pour quoi d'autre,...
