Burger Doze — Restaurant in Llucmajor

I found this place by chance on Google Maps while driving to Palma and stopping in Llucmajor. I’m a big burger fan — I’ve tried them in many places — so I kind of know when a burger is really good and when it’s just “okay.”

Service here was great — friendly people, quick and polite, nothing to complain about there.

But the burger itself didn’t impress me. The bun wasn’t really a burger bun, just a regular one. The meat looked and tasted like it had been frozen — pale in color and lacking real flavor or juiciness. The salad was finely chopped and didn’t add much, and there wasn’t enough sauce.

Overall, it’s an okay spot with fair prices, probably fine for locals who just want a quick bite. But if you’re a real burger lover, I wouldn’t really...

Staff are awesome, very welcoming and friendly, sincere emotion. They enjoy the workplace.

Venue is placed strategically at main road. Parking possible but lacks in amount, helps the venue's environment with healthy flow of costumers.

State of menu reduced the presentation rating but the food helped it be irrelevant to an extent. Does also match the vintage style of the interior which shows attitude and personality, personal rating of 5 starts.

Menu does lack in variety, Gluten free options possible and allergies are mentioned and respected.

Con todo el dolor de mi corazón me veo obligado a modificar esta reseña que dejé hace 6 años. Ha pasado de ser una de las mejores (por no decir la mejor) hamburguesería de la isla, a ser la opción que nunca más tendremos en cuenta.

Tras estar viniendo mínimo dos veces al mes durante seis años, las últimas ocasiones siempre han ocurrido demasiadas cosas que han hecho que nuestra experiencia sea muy mala.

Errores en la comanda para traer bebidas y falta de mantenimiento de las mesas (mayonesas vacías, sin cubiertos).

Hamburguesas que solo las hacen por la noche porque sí, sin más explicaciones (la búfalo), a menos que seas influencer.

Carne que he tenido que devolver porque estaba cruda, habiéndola pedido muy hecha.

Sándwich americano que he tenido que devolver porque estaba congelado (casi literalmente) y la carne sin extender correctamente en el sándwich.

Patatas re-fritas con ese crujiente de doble fritura, secas y recalentadas (vinimos antes de cerrar la cocina)

Pan sin tostar, blanco y soso, o a veces, todo lo contrario, excesivamente tostado e incomible. (Falta de estándares en tiempos de tostado)

Pasar de 4 palitos de queso en la Spartan (la más cara) a poner solo 2 a lo largo del tiempo. Eso si no se les han terminado.

El tamaño de las hamburguesas juraría que ha disminuido (la carne) o al menos, no están igual de aplastadas y te da la sensación de comer más pan.

La limpieza del suelo y el local es bastante mejorable, te quedas pegado como en las discotecas.

El queso “cheddar” ha pasado a ser un sucedáneo de mantequilla con colorante naranja, pastoso, y de bajísima calidad.

Los precios han subido progresivamente a pesar de ofrecer menos cantidad, calidad, y a pesar de haber abierto otro nuevo local. Se supone que todo tendría que ir mejor pero al contrario.

Una pena tener que decir que lamentablemente ya no se puede...
