T19 Restobar — Restaurant in Llucmajor

One of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. We were a Group of 15 people (8 adults and 7 kids). We live in Maioris and we made a reservation the previous day. They said that they didn’t know if they were going to have room for us as they had a bigger Group. When we entered the place there was no Group until late in the evening. After 10 minutes of being there the German waitress told us that kids cannot walk around the Court yard (which we completely understood). We told the kids to go play to the parking lot. After 5 minutes the same German waitress comes and Asks in a very unpleasant way if we were watching our kids, if there was an adult supervising. 2 of us went to check and they were just playing. They were doing no harm. But I could see from afar that the German waitress wasn’t done with us. While having lunch we saw astonished that there were customers walking around in the Court yard WITH THEIR DOGS!!! And they were allowed. When we were with dessert the same German waitress told my husband to take our kids some where else and That’s when I rushed to her and called her out . She was treating my kids has if they did not deserve to be there but there was Nothing wrong with having dogs. The Manager tried to mediate but he reassured me that we are welcome there only if my kids go hand in hand all the time. Which is totally surreal. Btw our kids are 9, 10, 11. Not babies. Just kids. I would never recommend this place. Food was amazing qnd the Rest of the staff (not German) were great. Even the cook said to me that the German waitress is crazy

Resumiendo, de las peores experiencias. Camarera alemana que nos regaña nada más entrar porque mis hijos están jugando sin ser supervisados por un adulto. Son niños entre 9 y 11 años y estaban jugando en el aparcamiento. Al rato nos vuelve a regañar porque están caminando por el césped del campo cuando acaban de estar otros clientes alemanes caminando con sus perros. Yo acepto que me llamen la atención si es razonable pero ver que se están deslomando por servir a un grupo de alemanes que pisan el césped con sus perros (que mis hijos no pueden pisar) me parece cuanto menos hiriente. Se venden como un restaurante para familias pero es para adultos y si pueden ser adultos alemanes, mejor. Los niños les molestan y se nota a la Legua. Somos vecinos de la misma urbanización. Un trato nefasto para un grupo de 15. Nos movemos por el boca a boca. Creo que salís...

We arrived after sunset and the golf clubhouse seemed dark and possibly closed. We could some lights in the rear, so we went inside. The food was very delicious, plentiful and inexpensive. The staff were quite friendly and did not rush our stay. The decor was pleasant with a sports bar feeling that one would expect in a golf clubhouse. Leider ein völlig unkalkulierbares Restaurant. Obwohl das Restaurant vorgibt Donnerstags bis 21:30 geöffnet zu haben trafen wir um 20:30 nur noch putzendes Personal an. Die Erklärung für die frühe Schließung: „Es war zu wenig los…“ Eine Woche später ein neuer Versuch. Wir suchten das Lokal „sicherheitshalber“ bereits um 19:40 auf. Der Laden war gut gefüllt. Die Bedienung begrüßte uns mit den Worten: „ Ich frage mal in der Küche nach… es kann sein, dass sie schon um 20:00 schließt, weil es so voll ist.“ so war es denn auch. Wir empfehlen die Korrektur der im Internet veröffentlichten Öffnungszeiten, z.b. „ Wenn zur richtigen Zeit die richtige Anzahl an Personen unser Restaurant besucht, könnte es sein, dass Sie etwas zu Essen bekommen“.
