Panu — Restaurant in Lorca

We came out here for lunch - felt like a drive and didn't feel like cooking and we pretty much hit the nail on the head.

We arrived at 1330 to get a seat in the air-conditioned bar and were quickly served. The del dia menu is on a chalk board so I'm guessing it changes daily, a modest set of choices that covered most of the bases.

Food when it arrived was well cooked and tasty, (spaghetti, stew, pork chops) , but the fries were cold which was a shame.

Dessert standard del dia fayre, we opted for whisky tarta which was a large portion.

Total bill was €12 for salad, primero, segundo and a postre, alcoholic drink, bread and coffee included.

Apart from knocking a star off for the cold chips it was a good wholesome filling meal at a good price. Probably eat there again if we are in the area but too "standard" to make it worth a long drive

Wir haben an 3 Tagen im Panu zu Mittag gegessen. Wir waren begeistert. Super freundliche Bedienung. Die wuseln durch das Restaurant und bedienen jeden Gast mit einer ausgesprochenen Freundlichkeit. Immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Das, obwohl mittags die Bude immer rappelvoll ist. Man hat das Gefühl, dass die Bedienung ihre Arbeit gerne tun. Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohl fühlen. Zu dem 3-Gänge Mittags-Menü gibt es immer vorab noch einen leckeren Salat. Zu jedem Gang gibt es jeweils zwischen 4 und 6 verschiedene Gerichte, unter denen man sich was aussuchen kann. Vorspeise, Hauptgericht und Dessert plus Getränke und Kaffee zum Abschluss sind im Preis inbegriffen. Ich habe jeden Tag was anderes gegessen und es war immer super lecker.
