Restaurante Orinoco — Restaurant in Los Llanos de Aridane

I'm so happy that we decided to try this place out, after walking right past it for days. It's easily my favourite restaurant in Puerto Naos. The tapas is scrumptious, all freshly made and very cheap. The service is friendly and efficient, the clientele consists of locals who are there for some authentic, mouth-watering food. We ordered way too much (4 tapas and a salad between the two of us) but we somehow managed to eat everything, determined not to waste any of the great food. I recommend the tuna croquettes and the traditional potatoes. You won't want to eat anywhere else...

Really good place to enjoy good value meal during your stay at Puerto de Naos. It is popular with the tourists and locals so it can get pretty busy during evening hours, nevertheless the quality of the food doesn't disappoint (especially the portions of calamari rings which are massive!!!). There is a range of many dinner options and choice of typical local Canarian beers (average) to choose from... I just wish the place would be a bit lighter inside as it doesn't have a lot of light coming from the outside... Overall, if you look for value for money you can't beat...

Authentic Spanish/Canarian food. This is a local restaurant, no fancy decor for the tourists but absolutely brilliant food! Highly recommendable is the rabbit in sauce, the most tender meat! The postre de la casa is also great, though quite a heavy dessert to digest. Prepare to communicate in Spanish.......
