Cafe bar aturuxo — Restaurant in Lourenzá

Just because We are foreign pilgrims and ladies doesnt give you the right to mess with us with our money. We know how much is for the drinks and ofcourse know how much the change is. We paid 50 euros for 9euro worth drink and the bartender intentionally gave us the change 0f 11 euros. As soon as we were trying the ask about the mistake the bartender (without any hesitation) took the 10euros gave back 40 euros. Not a good attitude for the foreign, women pilgrims.. very disappointed.

in response to your prompt reply, anyone can make a mistake but there wasnt any apology as you’ve mentioned, and I only leave reviews regarding the mistreatment we suffered so that the jefes like you would understand the situation and handle it not to happen for the following peregrinos like...

Pésima atención. Muy poca hospitalidad y tampoco abundan cafés en el pueblo. Fui a conocer el lugar donde había nacido mi abuelo y tuve esta mala experiencia. Una energía horrible. Suerte que Galicia y Lugo son mágicos. Lástima que después de ese mal momento huí de Lourenzá. Mi abuelo lo hizo por el hambre...yo por el maltrato... Segunda parte No miento...no la pasé bien. Hasta me dijeron que me tome un taxi. No hablé del pueblo de mi abuelo, sino de una situación particular. No tuve suerte y mi abuelo gallego no hubiera sido tan tranquilo ante esto...hubiera dicho "cruzo el océano para sentirme así ". Y cuando se enojaba era temperamental. Gallego, noble, pero no tonto. Experiencias fallidas. Hasta llevaba libros que escribí para dejar allá. Quizá fui con mucha expectativas. Error. España gracias por este viaje increíble: Lugo, Sevilla, Córdoba, León...Conocí gente maravillosa. La generosidad se tiene o no. Esencias. Un hecho aislado no va a empañar mi amor a España y a Galicia. Gracias abuelo por enseñarme a no callarme frente a las injusticias. A no ser indiferente...y a ser agradecido con quienes...

Garnished with some rather “choice” comments about those damn foreigners and what one should do to them with a dessert of being overcharged… great...
