Excellent food, from the starters of gratinated mussels from the port of Mahon, shrimp carpaccio and fritters of cod i couldn't say which to choose! Of course one must have "paella"! My personal favorite is paella of squid in its own ink. Delightful desserts, from artesianal dark beer ice cream to tart tatin. A very cozy patio in back for summer lunches and magical at night. The food is always excelent. It is not cheap but it is worth every euro. The owner is also the chef. It is not the best place to take young children. In the summer there is a splendid courtyard terrace or you can eat inside in airconditioned comfort. A great change as many restaurants make you eat on the pavements and breath diesel fumes. What a wonderful place! The food was (for the most part) absolutely gorgeous. The starter (sea cucumber) and the main course (black rice paella), were just perfect, amongst some of the best food I've ever eaten. The chocolate cake we had for dessert tasted lovely, but was quite dry. The ice cream was also rather icy and thus lacking in much flavour.
