El Berenador — Restaurant in Manresa

Greatly surprised about El Berenador. We were coming quite agnostic, thinking of a normal bar with very nice views. Indeed, we found amazing views but also an amazing bar and restaurant. The plot, considering the location, is an oasis in the area. You get multiple choices in the menu for casual meals (tapas, sandwirthes, salads) but also full menu (burguers, bbq, carpaccios..). Everything we tasted was very good again. Service was also nice and effective, especially considering the place with packed. You can either eat inside or at the terrace. If the weather allows please go for the terrace: it is a bit noisy if packed, but you will enjoy amazing views over the lake and Montserrat mountains at the end. Very fair prices also! A must! There is a set menu during weekends for 25€ which includes first, second, dessert and 1 drink.

At least pretend you’re nice…

Anyone has the right to have a bad day. But it was not just that specific one… it was a thing among the team of individuals working that day. Very harsh service… almost if they were doing you a favor for being there. The food is decent, the place has a pretty view which is why for this two reasons they reached 3 stars from me, but I always review a place thinking of I would recommend it for you and if I would go back. Local que fa molts anys que freqüentem y mai hem sigut tractats amb tanta mala educació y poca empatía. Vam seure a una taula amb l'intenció de fer un beure/tapa sobre les 20:15, a la taula i posava "Reservada a les 21:30" , perfecte, tot i la cua per demanar i lentitut habitual a les 20:40 ja ho teníem tot , sorpresa la nostra que ve la cambrera i ens diu a la meva dona,a mi, i als nens i sense cap tipus de mirament que ens aixequem de la taula, que ja a vingut la "Reserva" de la taula. Evidentment i davant la nostra estupefacció li diem que de cap manera, ella insisteix en que no i pot fer res i que que volem que els i digui a la "reserva", surrealista total,una falta d'organització i de professionalitat increïble,com se't pot ocórrer fer aixecar a una familia d'una taula a les 20:40 posant que aquesta está reservada a les 21:30, i encara volia tenir raó. No ens vam aixecar, vam demanar pel responsable de l'establiment, no va venir. Vam acabar les begudes/tapa i a les 21:15 vam marxar, no i tornarem més, després de moltíssims anys de consumir-hi.Una pena perquè el lloc es fantàstic, ben al contrari que el personal.
