The food is fresh here and the service is friendly but there are a few things that can be improved too. We told that we don’t eat meat. Still they served a starter (from the house) with meat. When we said we don’t eat meat (again) there was no alternative and the respons was a little disappointed. All the dishes I chose were not available at that moment (why not telling before you show the menu). The Paella was somewhat basic (not special). Muchas ganas de ir a este restaurante, y por casualidad de paso decidimos llamar, nos comentan q si llegamos sobre las 14:30 horas, nos daban mesa, q sino teníamos q esperar a las 15:30 horas, estábamos a 10 minutos y nos reservaron para las 14:30 horas, nuestra sorpresa, que al llegar solo había una mesa con unos 10 comensales ( una familia) y estaba esperando a otraesa grande de unas 20 personas, y nosotros 4 adultos, pedimos un ribera del Duero y nos sirven un vino de Andalucía de e botella Magnum, el vino para hacer carrillada bien pero para tomar NO, le pedimos un vino ribera del Duero y nos traen un vino de la zona de Ronda, pasable pero para una copa y ya está, los platos muy ridículos en presentación y cantidad, el solomillo cuatro trozos del tamaño un poco mayor que tapón de refresco de 2L, con ocho patatas fritas como guarnición en un ricon del plato, una ración de croquetas que traería unas 25 croquetas super minis, la presa seca como la suela de un zapato, en fin para no recordar, postre y café, 163€ la cuenta, un auténtico abuso, no soy de escribir reseñas, pero no puedo dejar que esto no se sepa, porque encima es que tiene distintivo de guía Michelin, y no lo merece, se puede tener un día malo, pero la calidad de la comida y el servicio tiene que estar a la altura del distintivo, los clientes merecen un respeto, espero esto le sirva a alguien y sobre todo al restaurante para mejorar,...

Ein Juwel von einem Restaurant auf unserem Weg in den Süden

Auf unserer Reise durch Sevilla Richtung Süden machten mein Bruder, mein Dad und ich einen Stopp im Restaurant Deli – und was für eine Entdeckung das war! Betrieben von einem charmanten Ehepaar, empfängt das Deli seine Gäste in einem rustikalen, aber unglaublich warmen Ambiente. Der Mann führt hervorragend durch den Service, während seine Frau in der Küche wahre Wunder vollbringt.

Die Gerichte sind schlichtweg hervorragend. Man spürt mit jedem Bissen, wie viel Herz und Mühe in der Zubereitung steckt. Es ist, als würde man ein Stück Zuhause auf dem Teller haben. Im Vergleich zu den vielen hochgestochenen Restaurants in Sevilla, die oft seelenlos wirken, ist das Deli ein Ort, der durch seine Authentizität und Herzlichkeit besticht.

Ich lebe in der Schweiz und würde ohne zu zögern eine vierstündige Autofahrt auf mich nehmen, nur um hier erneut speisen zu können. Jeder, der das Privileg hat, hier zu essen, sollte sich glücklich schätzen. Ich hoffe, dass es mehr solche Orte gibt, die so viel Liebe und Leidenschaft in ihre Gastfreundschaft legen wie das Deli.
