This restaurant charges premium prices for its food which is totally acceptable if the service and food is on a high level. However, this is totally not the case. The experience in this restaurant is a TOTAL DISASTER and I do not recommend anyone eating here. Be warned!!
Service: I don’t expect a lot but friendly servers and some basic restaurant etiquette from my servers, but this is something below par with a fastfood restaurant. Upon entering the restaurant there was no one to send us to our table and we had to wait for 5 minutes before someone arrived. The lady was not friendly and had a smoking smell around here. She was vague about the restaurant offering and just ‘dropped’ the food when it was ready. After the meal was finished, she just took our plates without asking if it was any good or anything. More guests seemed to be upset about the service of the servers and barman.
Hygiene: my coaster was dirty upon arriving the table. When we finished our main course, we had to keep our cutlery while having raw vs cooked meat and is something you wouldn’t expect of such a restaurant.
Food: We ordered the carpaccio and the beef tenderloin. The only ‘spice’ they seem to add to their food seems to be salt and some olive oil. This made the carpaccio feel like a bite of salt. The tenderloin was of good quality with only salt seasoning that made it boring (no sauce or any herbs added). The potatoes underneath were frozen, old and reheated in a microwave (I remember that disgusting taste from my student time).

Un comensal le pidió un refresco de cola concreto, nos dijo que no tenía ese específico, el comensal le pidió agua y trajo el refresco que NO había sido pedido. Otro camarero nos quiso quitar el plato de pulpo cuando no habíamos terminado de comerlo (claro, con la ración que venía, era difícil distinguir entre si estaba lleno o vacío).
