Jorge was an incredible host and made everything comfortable and smooth. The dinner was great. Every dish was creative and perfectly executed—you could feel both passion and thought behind the menu. I loved the foie gras appetizer; it was light and inventive. Then I had an avocado salmorejo that was beautiful to see and perfectly balanced in color and texture. My favorite was the dessert, a mix of floral notes and early 2000s vibes, from the colors to the flavors. The chef is truly brilliant! Breakfast also reflected great care and research in selecting the best raw ingredients. Before dinner, we booked a lovely Finnish sauna in the garden...

If we could give more stars we would! We visited for dinner. The food was fantastic. We had the salmorejo, mushroom stew and duck. Everything was presented beautifully, with such creative ideas and even the garnishes home made. There were several good vegetarian options with just as much thought and care going into the dish as the meat ones which I appreciated. The service was also friendly...

Si le cadre et la déco du restaurant sont ravissants et si certains plats servis sont de composition et de saveurs très recherchés, tous n'ont pas été de niveau d'un restaurant décrit comme gastronomique. Par exemple, la crème de bolets au Xérès était d'un goût exquis mais l'oeuf fermier "cuit à basse température" et la truffe de Teruel qui l'accompagnaient passaient complètement inaperçus. Dommage ! L'agneau "le plus riche d'Aragon", cuit à basse température pendant 11 h et qui devait soit disant fondre dans la bouche, m'a été servi tiède et a nécessité un changement de couteau tellement il était peu tendre. Le serveur a proposé de le remplacer par un plat différent, sous prétexte que la préparation d'un second plat à l'identique demanderait pas mal de temps? Surprenant 🤔, nous étions les 1ers clients à 13h30 un lundi de Pâques. J'ai donc terminé sans plaisir celui qui m'était servi 😠. Pas d'excuse, ni de geste commercial du serveur au final, malgré une addition de 182€ pour 3 personnes👎. Nous ne réitérerons pas...
