Restaurant S'Arco-Iris — Restaurant in Muro

In general we like to search for restaurants with 4.6 reviews or higher. That’s probably why we overlooked Arco Iris for some time. But we are so glad we did go!

We had the veal steak, porc feet with snails, chicken nuggets kid’s menu, almond cake and mango sorbet. All were five star dishes. The nuggets were home made and by far the best that our children had the entire holiday at Mallorca. The veal was cooked very nicely. Fat was mostly well rendered (which is the flavor maker if well rendered) while the meat was still nicely medium red. The almond cake and mango sorbet were absolutely delicious. Not too sweet but packed with flavor.

Hospitality was very welcoming and friendly. Maybe the service was a bit chaotic but I guess it was a bit busy. But like mentioned very hospitable and nice.

We will come back multiple times as soon as we are back in Mallorca. Probably one of the very best restaurants in the Can Picafort area, if not the best. And very reasonably priced. Very...

We went to this lovely traditional restaurant with friends for lunch. The staff are so friendly and explained they don't have a menu but told us what dishes they had prepared. The food was traditional Mallorquín. We shared Frito Marisco as a starter. We each had a different main course, Pig cheeks which were beautifully tender and fell of the bone,roast shoulder of lamb, entrecote of pork with goat cheese and fig and cod baked with sobrasada. Homemade deserts were on the menu including sorbet, cheese cake, almond cake or chocolate brownies. The restaurant is dog friendly too. My first tought was - this feels like home. I knew right away the food will be delicious beacause when we asked for the menu the owner, who is also a cook, told us that there is no any. Meals are prepared that day and they change regulary. The owner walks you trough the menu and the way he talks about food I could listen the whole day, there is no doubt that he is a gouemand. He came to our table a few times (unobtrusively) to check if the food is good and chatted with us in a very friendly way, told us few funny stories about his kids while they were playing around it really felt like home.
