Ordered clams with my the parents of my wife, the minute the plate came out I noticed an awful smell, we thought it was a wet dog that maybe peed near us, or rotten garbage, but the smell stayed. My father in law has no sense of smell and ate half of the plate. Then we realised that the smell came from the food, we said it to the small girl who worked there and she did not take any notice. We asked other guests to smell the food and they were disgusted. The waiter said they serve food all day and have no problems. I said it again to the owner and he had absolutely no interest fixing the issue and was laughing at us. My family were vomiting all night since eating there. There were 2 waiters outside and one of them was focused on just taking care of one table of about 6 people (based on the converse that they were having it looked like they were his friends) and he really took his time. Read moreLos 2 camareros que nos atendieron se olvidaron de la comanda. La primera vez tras 10minutos de haber pedido salió a decir que no les quedaba. La segunda vez (teniendo nosotros que llamar al camarero para volver a pedir) se olvidaron del pedido y otras 3 mesas que llegaron más tarde ya estaban servidas. El camarero en lugar de disculparse se limitó a decir que ya la estaban preparando. El restaurante no tenia más que 10 mesas y 4 camareros, por lo que no podían estar saturados. El camarero nos insistió con que pudiésemos sardinas y lenguado, cuando queríamos otra cosa. Esto ha sucedido un día laboral, todavía sin turistas, así que cuando estén llenos de verdad, no se cómo va a ser la cosa. Los precios por ración además son caros para ser Muros, sobre todo cuando la atención es pésima como esta. Si se paga más la atención debe ser mejor. Es una pena que en Galicia haya sitios que abran sólo para facturar y que dejen a la hostelería a la altura del betún. Terminamos pidiendo la cuenta y marchándonos sin comer. El encargado insistió en invitarnos a lo que le negué y quise pagar por las bebidas y lo consumido. Insistió y al final no pagamos, pero no es cuestión de dinero.
