What an utterly fantastic restaurant! Absolutely brilliant French food, perfectly cooked and all overseen by the most charming owner, Christophe. From walking in we were made to feel extremely welcome and that carried on through the meal. Lovely choice of various French dishes from snails to bavette. You can also pre order some lovely looking fresh seafood dishes. Overall a most wonderous restaurant and a hidden gem! I would advise to call and book or check how busy they are as it is small and intimate so do so if you do not want to be disappointed. We walked in off the street and were lucky enough to be able to get a table but this may not always be the case.

There is not a single thing I could fault about the place, literally everything was 5 star and we cannot wait to be able to go back again and enjoy the sumptuous food and wonderful hospitality...

Went to this place for dinner one evening as I was hungry. The service here is excellent and the host made me feel welcome throughout the whole evening. I went for one of the specials: Lamb Chops with Canarian Sauce, with a small house red. The lamb was delicious, however, there was a lot of fat and not much meat (photo attached of the portion size). I thought that the portion size was too small. I admit that I didn't have a starter, however, I wasn't THAT hungry. I still expected a reasonable plate of food with a good amount of protein on it. The Canarian Sauce was excellent, and I liked the wine. One of the worst services in a resturant i have experienced. Others must be easily pleased on these reviews. Try asking for something slightly different. The owner refused to warm the food plates and the food emded up as cold as the plates. As the owner of a restaurant in England we ensure every customers request is met with a smile. I was told by the owner his restaurant he did not want to warm any plates and his restaurant is always full saying we always serve food on cold plates. I paid for a table of six over 200 euro and will never visit these rude unhelpful people again. Some of the staff made it clear he was rude. Half the tables where empty and i blame...
