Excellent food, wine and service. We went for the "Ox T-bone steak cooked on a hot stone" as a main. The meat was so tender. "Patatas a lo pobre y rico" is a good starter option if you like fries (not exactly french fries) and eggs. This starter comes with a top layer of "jamón 5J" (top quality cured ham). Delicious all together! Cheesecake was also top notch: cooked cheesecake, mellow cheese at the very core with the right amount of sugar! Recommended by our host and an expensive but delicious restaurant. Indeed, the food was great (the traditional chuléton) and, as expected, it was expensive (the meat is charged by kilo and we paid for 1,4 kg - because you also pay for the bone and fat) and we were not able to eat it all, which proves the portion was too big. But that was not the worst part of the experience. The owner of the place was not friendly or helpful. His employees, however, tried to compensate that. The meat was grilled by ourselves on a hot stone and with delicious sea salt flakes, the wine was good and the cheese tart for desert was very good too.

Teniendo zona de sala de comedor y sala es un restaurante muy espacioso en el que cenamos cinco personas muy agusto. Resaltar la calidad de la materia prima en todos los platos que pedimos. Una increible ensalada Barqueiro a modo de entrante para compartir junto con las croquetas de jamon en las que ya percibimos ese primer toque de la mencionada calidad en la materia prima. Con respecto a los platos principales, pedimos carnes (Presa, Hamburguesa, Croca) y pescado (Almejas a la marinera, Bacalao al horno) a partes iguales para probar y una vez mas, calidad increible y un buen cocinado de todos los ingredientes. Resaltar por encima de todo la calidad de la hamburguesa! Con respecto a los postres, no puede fallar una tarta de queso cremosita en su interior junto con un tiramisu, ambos increibles a su vez!
